Any commercial or promotional material captured onsite must have prior written approval from hotel management. Hotel management has the right to cancel accommodation and require the immediate termination of any activity taking place in violation of this rule. Unauthorised imagery or video must not be published on any media platform and must be immediately removed upon request from hotel management. Free cancellation is available up to 7 days prior to your stay, with 50% of your booking charged if cancelled within 7 days of your stay. Bookings must be cancelled at a minimum 48 hours prior to your reservation. Any cancellations within this period will incur full payment, charged to the credit card used to secure your booking. For full terms and conditions, please refer to your booking confirmation email.

Upon check in, guests will receive access to their online compendium aka personal encyclopaedia for Casita. If before then you have any specific questions or requests, please contact us.

Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to check-in and stay at Casita.

Complimentary car parking is available in classic motel fashion; out the front of the Hotel. Casita takes no responsibility for damage or loss of your vehicle while parked at the Hotel.

Casita maintains strict occupancy rules at all times. These rules explicitly prohibit group gatherings and parties in suites during your stay. Failure to comply may result in financial penalty. This policy is in place to protect the comfort, security and safety of hotel guests and to protect Casita property.

We have one dog friendly room available on request. Please contact Casita directly to book, noting there is an additional $100 pet charge per dog.

Dog must remain with owner at all times and not be left unattended. Pets are not to enter common areas under any circumstances. Owner is to clean up after pet or be subject to additional cleaning fees charged at Casita’s discretion.

Offer is limited to smaller well behaved short haired (non-shedding) breeds.

No other pets are welcome at the hotel unless by direct request and approval from management.

Casita is strictly a non-smoking Hotel. Should you, or persons associated with your booking, smoke on the premises, we must charge a $250 AUD smoking fee to your card, plus taxes.
